Wow! The buzz about this book has started as yesterday every Twilight fan was getting their pre-order copies!
I am going to wait a little to read this book. But that does not mean that I have been reading all about the buzz.
This novel is told in Edward Cullen’s perspective. It should be an interesting read as Edward has desires to hurt Bella (his love interest) because he is a vampire. That internal struggle should be an interesting perspective. He considers the parts of him that want to hurt Bella as “the monster” throughout the book. His way of controlling these urges is what makes this an interesting perspective.
It is a large book at over 700 pages. That is one reason why I am going to wait to read it. I also may have to re-read the other 3 books. It has been a long time since the last book was published in this series. 2008 was the last published book. That was 12 years ago! The 1st book was published in 2005!
You will get a complex look at the Cullen’s family dynamics in this novel. We also get more character development because Edward can read minds. So we will learn a lot more about other characters in the series.
Needless to say, this book is on every Twlight fans reading pile right now.
