| This is a short review. I got this ARC from Netgalley! Thanks for the chance to read and review! WOW! I really enjoyed this book a lot. The subject matter of women and climate warriors was very inspiring. It was full of powerful words. This is exactly what a young girl needs to read about other women. I also loved the colorful pictures throughout the book. The bios were not “cookie cutter” ones. They were unique and told their story. It kept me reading! I also enjoyed the ending. You have a spot to write your own story as well as tips on how you can make the world better. I was first attracted to the book because of the cover art. But I kept reading for the content. Additionally, the writing was great! They picked a lot of great and inspiring stories to put through the book too. If you want a great book to read to your kids, this would be an excellent way to inspire! |
