November 2022 Book Club Spoilers

I do not know what Reese’s is yet. I have a few books that I think it could be. I am waiting around to see if they come in with a sticker. If anyone sees a sticker, let me know in the comments! 🙂

GOOD MORNING AMERICA (GMA)

I just got flooded with messages that this is the Reese’s book. I am at work right now. But can post this…Thanks, everyone for letting me know. A reason why I have not seen a sticker is due to it being an older release. Thank you to everyone for letting me know! Ya’ll are the best!

No sticker sightings from me at this time, but just wanted to say how much I appreciate you! I’ve worked as a librarian in a public library for nearly 20 years. I’m thought of by my colleagues as very skilled at collection development, but that said, you’ve definitely upped my “A” game! Thank you – and my fellow librarians/readers on this site, too – for helping my library get ahead of the 8-ball with celebrity Book Club selections demand, upcoming adaptations, and more. Very grateful!

  2. Oprah just announced Barbara Kingsolver’s Demon Copperhead as her book club selection for November.

    1. Book Nerd says:

Thanks. I am behind on Oprah’s. Hers are so hard to predict or see a sticker on.

  3. Dana FriendBridges says:

Oprah announced her new pick Dean Copperhead by Barbara Kingsolver today on CBS this morning. Supposed to be a new take on David Copperfield.

  4. Dana FriendBridges says:

    It’s Demon Copperhead! Darn autocorrect

  5. Book Club Librarian says:

I have a feeling Reese’s pick is Meredith, Alone based on the plug from Gillian McAllister and the 11/1 pub date. As another librarian – thank you for these spoilers, they are so helpful!

    1. Book Nerd says:

You are welcome. I have been looking to see the final cover for that one. But have not laid eyes on it yet.

    Did you see the sticker?

    1. Book Nerd says:

I have a few that I have in mind that it could be. But I have not witnessed a sticker. It is coming closer to the date…I know. If you see a sticker before I do, let me know!

  7. I saw Meredith, Alone at Barnes and Noble, No Sticker.

    1. Book Nerd says:

      Thanks for looking!

  8. Could be Reese is doing another paperback release? Could explain why there hasn’t been a sticker spotted yet.

    1. Book Nerd says:

It could be. She did say it could be a YA or older release. I have yet to see the final cover of Trespasses that is the one that I am leaning on that it is. But I could be very wrong.

  9. Saw that White Horse is a Target Book Club pick. I usually see a book clb pick in the Target ad, but they only had James Patterson and Janet Evanovich. What if it’s a book already out there like Run Rose Run?

  10. What about The Prisoner by BA Paris or The World We MAke by NK Jemsin?

  11. Has anyone seen a copy of The Rewind by Allison Winn Scotch? Laura Dave, a previous Reese pick author blurbed it. My local bookstore has copies but they say they are embargoed until November 1.

  12. It’s tiny beautiful things by Cheryl Strayed. It’s the 10th anniversary issue is a new paperback. I’ll send you a picture by email
