“Pumpkin Heads” by Rainbow Rowell & Faith Erin Hicks review

I read “Pumpkin Heads” by Rainbow Rowell and Faith Erin Hicks. I love Rainbow Rowell books, so when I knew I was reading her graphic novel! I rated this book 4.5 stars. This book can literally be read by Young Adults or Adults. The artwork was wonderful. This was one of the best graphic novels I have seen in a long time as far as artwork is concerned.

The story itself was cute! It had a very cute autumn setting. And the love story was awesome. I felt so happy reading this novel. The characters themselves were so well thought out. Deja’s character was great! She was drawn like an average person would look! She reminded me of someone that I actually know! Cute is the word just for everything about this book. It had cute characters, settings, love story, and humor!

The plot is simple enough. Two co-workers, Deja and Josiah, are working the last day at the Pumpkin Patch. Deja decides that it is time for Josiah to tell his crush that he likes her before they leave work that year. They end up looking all over the Patch for her while seeing the sights around the Patch. That is all I will say about this cute novel! You need to read it to find out what happens next!
