I am giving this book a 5 star review.
What a great novel about friendship through the years. Their friendship as many stands the test of time through good and hard times. Be prepared to cry in this novel too. It will have you on a roller coaster of emotions for sure! I enjoyed the novel a lot. The character development was great. I felt like I knew each character. Additionally, the writing style was superb. I could not put this novel down. I cannot recommend this novel more.
It is about childhood friends. Both lead separate lives into adulthood, but both remain close. Kate is a wife and mother whereas Tully is a career woman with no children. Both need each other in different parts of their lives. They go through sex, jealousy, hardships of a career, hardships of motherhood, etc. What a great novel!
