I know this is not reading or book-related. But normally when people read, they journal too. I have been doing a reading journal. I also do a little of each of these. I do not do everything daily. But I mix and match in mine. I just wanted to provide anyone wanting to journal with some great ideas of pages to do.

plants (identifying, when to water houseplants, sunlight, etc.

Group Journal (a group of people can contribute or read)
Letters (letters unsent to someone)
One Line a day journal
Junk: If you do not want to throw away your tickets to events or stickers, etc. This is the type of journal for you. It is just a collage of stuff collected that you hate to throw away.
Wreck journal (You can buy these or make them. Where you destroy the pages in different ways. I have done this before and it is fun to do)
Prompts (daily prompt to write about. These can also be bought or you can randomly pick a topic)
Autobiography (write about your life)
Things to remember
Hobbies and interests:
Media: Books, Music, TV/movies, poetry, music (characters, plot, ratings, length, author, actors, settings, etc.)
Travel (places been and to go)
Creative Writing: Prompts, list 5 words and make a story, just creative write for a certain time each day, blog, etc.
Song lyrics/ poetry/ quotes/ Biblical quotes and meanings to you
Language: new words, learning a new language, a word a day
What type of journals do you do? I have had some extreme anxiety. Journalling has been helping with processing my feelings. It also helps with keeping my mind focussed (meditation).
