I know this is not reading or book-related. But normally when people read, they journal too. I have been doing a reading journal. I also do a little of each of these. I do not do everything daily. But I mix and match in mine. I just wanted to provide anyone wanting to journal with some great ideas of pages to do.

Wreck journal (You can buy these or make them. Where you destroy the pages in different ways. I have done this before and it is fun to do)

What type of journals do you do? I have had some extreme anxiety. Journalling has been helping with processing my feelings. It also helps with keeping my mind focussed (meditation).
